Chapter 17 - True Leadership You Will Never Know

The true leader,
You will never know;
Subsequent leader,
You will praise and glow;
Following leader;
You will know and dread,
Second in line,
You will feel and carefully tread.

As it is, no need for that noble speak.
The true leader's work,
Will appear as if it was nature's work.

太上，不知有之；其次，亲而誉之；其次，畏之；其次，侮之。信不足焉，有不信焉。悠兮，其贵言。功成事遂，百姓皆谓"我自然"。
