Chapter 24 - The Balance In Action

Tiptoe to appear taller makes the balance harder,
Wide steps to get faster makes the walk longer,
Those eager to show others are too blinded to truly see,
Those who think they know are too set to truly know,
Those who are image focussed cannot truly build,
Those who believe to be superior cannot truly lead.
As the way of the Dao,
They are leftovers after a full meal - not really needed.

企者不立，跨者不行；自见者不明；自是者不彰；自伐者无功；自矜者不长。其在道也，曰余食赘形。物或恶之，故有道者不处。
